是次活動的支持機構於活動當日將安排專業瑜珈導師作現場指導,時間如下:

  • 「香港瑜珈馬拉松2010」活動當日由上午11時開始到晚上7時,共分8個時段進行,11時至12時為第一時段,如此類推;
    Hong Kong Yogathon 2010 will start from 11am to 7 pm, divided into hourly sections, i.e. section 1 starts from 11am to 12pm, etc.
  • 大會將於活動開始前(約10時40分)舉行揭幕禮,歡迎各參加人士提早進場參觀;
    There will be a kick-off ceremony at about 20 minutes before the start of the event (i.e. 10:40 am), all participants are welcome to attend.
  • 活動當日,參加者須帶同活動確認通知書及身份證明文件於其被安排之開始時間一小時前到達跑馬地馬場報到及登記,領取「香港瑜珈馬拉松2010」參加証、號碼牌及紀念包;
    On event day, participants should arrive at the Happy Valley Racecourse with their confirmation letter and their passport or HKID card one hour before their assigned starting time for registration. Each participant will receive a Yogathon Pass, a number plate and a souvenir pack.
  • 參加者需自備瑜珈地墊,大會只提供少量瑜珈地墊供初次參與瑜珈運動者使用;
    Participants are required to bring their own yoga mat. Small quantity of yoga mats will be placed at the venue for first-time participants.
  • 參加者必須進行最少一小時瑜珈運動,大會亦鼓勵參加者盡其所能,於場內進行更長時間的鍛鍊;
    Participants must fulfill at least an hour of yoga exercises. The organizer will encourage participants to try their best to stay and practice as long as possible.
  • 「瑜珈運動區」設有示範台,參加者進入後應按工作人員指示前往適當位置準備,屆時一眾專業瑜珈導師將於示範台帶領參加者操練各式各樣瑜珈式子,而台下亦會有瑜珈導師從旁指點及協助場內參加人士;
    A demonstration stage will be placed at the “Yoga Zone” for the participants to practice yoga, according to the allocated space set out by the staff, following the lead of the professional yoga instructor(s). There will also be helpers and yoga masters off the stage to help and assist participant
  • 入場及準備妥當後,參加者於選定之開始時間到場內預先劃定之「瑜珈運動區」向工作人員報到,以紀錄實際開始時間;
    After registration and preparation, participants will have to report to the staff at the “Yoga Zone” before they start at their set time in order to keep record of the time.
  • 所有參加者完成活動後須向「瑜珈運動區」出口工作人員登記後方可離場,屆時工作人員將向各參加者分發獲印度瑜珈協會認可之加許證書,上面列明參加者的參與活動總時間;
    All participants must report to the staff at the exit of the “Yoga Zone” before leaving. Also, participants will receive a certificate recognized by the Yoga Federation of India which states the total time of participation.
  • 若參加者打算於離開「瑜珈運動區」後較後時段再次進場,請告知在場工作人員以另作安排;
    Participants that plan to re-enter the event after leaving the “Yoga Zone” should alert the staff at the event.
  • 基於安全理由,十六歲以下的參加者需由家長或監護人陪同方可參加;
    For safety concerns, participants aged 16 or below should be accompanied by their parents or guardians to participate in this charity event.
  • 如天氣狀況預測欠佳,主辦單位將於2010年4月10日於大會網頁公佈最新安排,如有必要活動將可能延期舉行;
    In case of inclement weather, announcement on the latest arrangement for the event will be made on the official website on 27th March, 2010. The event may be postponed if necessary.
